If there’s one nutrient that hasn’t been given the recognition it deserves, it’s got to be glutathione. Hard working, reliable, a major team player; glutathione is the lynchpin of antioxidation, detoxification, energy production and many other body processes.

Similar to collagen, the body makes a lot of it when we’re young. But sadly that production decreases with age, which arguably is when we need it most as stores are easily depleted by oxidative stress, inflammation and dealing with toxins.
